這門課致力於培養學生在大學階段真正受用、並能延伸至職場與人生的「成功能力」。透過實務工作坊與遊戲化行動學習設計,課程將全面提升學生的簡報表達、人際溝通與團隊協作能力,並強化具韌性與成長心態(growth mindset)的自我認知與學習意願。課程也引導學生探索個人生涯方向,透過工作分析與訪談掌握目標職位所需的關鍵職能,進而為自己設計一套量身打造的學習地圖。整體課程以一系列體驗式活動為主軸,幫助學生在主觀感受與客觀成果上同時追求真正的生涯成功。
評分方式
作業(40%)
需依指示完成個人書面或數位作業,並於期限內繳交:
▪ 完整繳交且符合題意:得分 80 分
▪ 未繳交或未符合題意:得分 0 分
參與(20%)
參與討論或分享,只要有分享就加分,從70分開始加,滿分100。
出席(20%)
由課代每節點名,缺席/請假(非公/喪/防疫假)/遲到超過15分鐘者,每次扣 20 分,累計 6 次(含)以上,學期成績以 0 分計。
▪ 全勤者本項可得滿分 100 分
▪ 公假/喪假/防疫假需經學校系統請假並提交紙本證明,否則視同缺課。
報告(20%)
需進行一次口頭簡報並上傳簡報檔案。報告將由同儕依合理性、完整性與設計思考應用進行互評(不含自評),取平均分數,授課教師可視實際表現調整評分。

Midterm Exam 20%: The midterm consists of approximately 50 multiple choice questions worth 2 points each. It covers Modules 1 to 3. The exam is taken once within a 60 minute time limit on the scheduled date. No make up exams are allowed.
Final Exam 40%: The final is a full length simulated aPHRi exam with 90 questions completed in 1 hour and 45 minutes. It covers Modules 1 to 5. The exam is taken once only with no make ups.
Attendance 10%: Attendance is required for three live online sessions and two in person classes. Arriving more than 10 minutes late counts as an absence. Each unexcused absence or late arrival results in a 20 point deduction from this component. Students who miss all sessions and do not plan to take the aPHRi exam receive a final course grade of zero.
Quizzes: 30% : A quiz is given for each asynchronous video lesson. Quizzes are based on the lesson content and must be completed on time. Missing or late submissions receive zero unless approved in advance.
Note 1: This course is delivered primarily through asynchronous online video learning, supplemented by three synchronous online sessions and two face to face classroom sessions. The detailed schedule is available on Moodle.
Note 2: Each asynchronous video session is supported by PDF materials and a custom GPT. Every session includes a quiz. Students are responsible for completing preparatory study and review independently. All learning activities are conducted through Moodle, and materials must be reviewed before each class.
Note 3: Any student who passes the official HRCI aPHRi examination before the final exam will receive a final course grade of 100 (A plus). After passing the exam, students may attend the remaining classes on a voluntary basis.
Note 4: This course has been officially certified by the HR Certification Institute in the United States.
Note 5: This course is required for HR major students and has limited enrollment. Add on registration is available only during the first session, which will be conducted through live synchronous online learning at the beginning of the semester.
