Teaching assistants, auditors and self-enrollment
If the teacher offers multiple courses with the same name or if courses from different teachers require joint management, Moodle provides "Meta course." This feature consolidates student rosters into a single course, allowing teachers to manage the "Meta course" while students from various classes can access the content collectively.
※ Should you require assistance, kindly reach out to the administrator at elearn@ntnu.edu.tw. Please furnish the instructor's name, course title, and course code to facilitate a swift response.
If the teacher requires a course for advisor Hours or practicum, Moodle can assist in course creation. However, teachers need to manually add students (following the same process as adding non-enrolled students as teaching assistants, using student IDs to add them to the course). Alternatively, teachers can allow students to join the course through the self-enrollment option.
