依照《資通安全管理法》，教育部針對學校單位之資通系統訂定防護基準，具備帳號驗證之系統，應實施帳戶鎖定機制以防範密碼遭破解攻擊。因此，Moodle平台自即日起新增帳戶鎖定機制以加強資訊安全，若您在15分鐘內登入無效次數達5次，帳戶將暫時鎖定15分鐘，並收到帳號封鎖通知信，請於收到通知信15分鐘後再重新登入，造成不便敬請見諒！
若您忘記密碼：
- 臺師大學生/教職員：請至校務行政系統點選忘記密碼重設。
- 僑先部學生：請至網路信箱點選忘記密碼重設。
- 其他學生（臺灣大學系統、校際選課、社會人士及旁聽生）：請來信管理員信箱elearn@ntnu.edu.tw，並附上學號、姓名，以加快處理速度。
Dear all,
In accordance with the "Cyber Security Management Act," the Ministry of Education has established security standards for the information and communication systems of educational institutions. Systems with account verification mechanisms should implement an account lockout mechanism to prevent password cracking attacks. Consequently, the Moodle LMS has instituted an account lockout mechanism to enhance information security. If there are 5 unsuccessful login attempts within a 15-minute window, the account will be temporarily locked for 15 minutes, and a notification email regarding the account lock will be sent. Kindly wait for 15 minutes after receiving the notification email before attempting to log in again. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

- NTNU students/faculty and staff: Please reset your password through the NTNU Portal.
- The Academy of Preparatory Programs for Overseas Chinese Students: Please reset your password through NTNU Webmail.
- Other students (NTU System, Inter-university, and auditing students): Please contact the administrator at elearn@ntnu.edu.tw, providing your student ID and name for expedited assistance.
