This course aims to cultivate students' professional capabilities in semiconductor/ optoelectronic devices and process technologies. It includes an overview of semiconductor manufacturing technologies and tools, such as etchers, furnaces, coaters, and photolithography. Students will gain the fundamental skills required for research or high-tech industry landscape.
