1122亞洲管理實務專題(Practice Topic of Asia Management)
This course is designed to provide an overview of various aspects of doing business and operational management topics in several countries in Asia includes: China, Taiwan, Japan and Philippine. This course is broadly divided into three parts.
1. The first part of the course defining globalization and international business.
2. The second part of this course deals with business context and how the manager external environment (political, economic, cultural, etc.). Part one and part two provide the overview of the macro economies of China, Taiwan, Japan and Philippine. Those factors will affect business practices in each country.
Such overview offers students with a foundation to be able to analyze the key incidents directly affect how business is conducted in this area.
The third part emphasizes on the practical aspects of doing business in each country - China, Taiwan, Japan and Philippine. Those business opportunities
